You have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours without providing a reason.
The cancellation period for an order is 24 hours from the date of order receipt.
In order to exercise this right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

 We will issue the refund within 20 days from the date of receiving the returned products. We will use a payment method that allows us to credit the refund to the designated customer, and no fees will be charged for the refund. Items on sale are also eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products provided that, after delivery, are inseparable from others by their nature.

We cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment. Therefore, we suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are unable to provide a refund without having received the products or without proof of product shipment.
